Wire cleaning brushes are versatile tools with a wide range of applications. Twisted by twisted pairs, they feature many fine brush wires that are neatly arranged and stretched outward. Made of brass copper, these brushes are durable, resistant to breaking, and effective in removing rust and dirt. The dense and neat bristles are designed for wear resistance. Bore brushes quickly enter tight holes and confined areas, making them suitable for cleaning, polishing, or descaling in ports, pipes, bearings, automotive, manufacturing or machining, and other typical wire brushing applications. The 1/4″ hex shank brush can be mounted on a drill or die grinder, or on the corresponding driver handle for more efficient cleaning. Note that the wire bore brush is intended for push-pull operations only. When mounted on a drill or corresponding driver handle, do not exceed 600 rpm and avoid turning counter-clockwise.
